Work culture is not standard. There is no respect of your work OR contribution that you give even after working day and night. If you wish to stay in the company then you have to do Sycophancy of your BDA. Not only that even management is worse they won't ask you what happened between you and BDA. Directly they will send you termination letter w. r. To that you have made argument with your BDA but they won't even put their effort to know exactly what happened between you and BDA. 1.The management will have to biased w. r to each and every employee. 2. They must give flexible time to employee. 3. They must not deduct the salary even if employee is late. Can't say much point to improve them because I want them be more conservative.

A great place to work for someone inquisitive and dynamic. Training session are held for the fresh joiners which are immensely helpfull. I was delighted to join Globussoft fresh out of college.
