The company has no sort of care for the employees. To the management, we are like cattles. Amateur management skills, decisions are taken not with strategy but through emotions. 0% ethics are maintained. Most of the people, leaving out the top most positions English is a scarcity. U can't see P of professionalism here. They break their own rules, sack you when they want and oiling or buttering is surviving over here. Dislikes

This company is abusing and robbing youngsters who are capable of achieving great things. They are fraud. Can't keep any projects. I was employed as German consultant but did work on English for most of time. Why?? Because the company lost all foreign language projects. I was sacked because they had to pay me more than a normal employee.
