They force you to do 12 hours shift compulsory. If you take leave without knowing them they deduct 200 rs for each leave from your salary.

If you work in globewin there is no your personal life remaining. You only do work 12 -13 hours then take dinner and sleep then wake up in early morning and then again to come company

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
