Globant as an organisation is very good. Their policies and core values is very employee friendly.

Dislikes

As Globant is growing, they are bringing in large numbers of people who are not very aligned with Globant’s core values. Which is making Globant culture just like any other.

Very good work life balance, flexibility, very good atmosphere to work. Seniors are supportive. No micro management. Good Hikes but delayed in last two years.

Hikes and promotions are delayed from last year, no clarity by the upper management on hikes and promotions.

It was a good company around lockdown. But now as they've started the micromanagement, many client forces the employees to work extra hours without any benefit and the extra efforts you put with the client will never be seen by your Globant manager.

Offers competitive salary Be kind policy Nice offices Genuine India head who wants everyone to grow but final orders come from Latam. Some leaders and managers are good mostly who have been there with globant since a long time.(More than 8-10 years)

Poor office management in tier 2 cities Some egoistic lateral hired managers ruining the culture, Such Managers and their sidekicks always ready to crack cheap jokes on girls and they ask inappropriate personal questions.

No Job security as they do not provide call basis on your profile instead force to cross train on different skills in 15 days and sit for a client interview. Hire and fire policy as doesn't care about the employee I have seen candidates those are on bench since 6 months.

Worst company i ever seen. Interview process is very FALTU. Even if candidate given complete answer with proper manner and if 1 question unable to give answer they reject. PATHETIC Interview Process. Very big issue in Increment and Promotion. they hold Promotion for one one two two year even you have all approvals. and this cycle thy gave 3,4 percentag avg hike to all.
