Open Culture Comparatively easy to learn new technology and implement accordingly.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal cycle pattern. Delayed appraisal Poor Management members in India. Many managers still follow old school patterns and techniques . After getting listed in NYSE the focus of company is more on Billing and generating revenue .
