it's typical small scale company where higher management govern from Argentina and in India they don't have any authority to manage employees work life balance. They force there employees for marketing Globant on respective social media profile, as these posting over social media is part of yearly KRA's which management provided. No increment, no work life balance, no onsite opportunity, limited projects in domains like health care, mobile, cloud etc if one of the project get downsize they don't have any backup projects to handle the employee bench size.
