They will ruin your work life balance if you are not mapped into a project based on your relevant tech stack. A lot of internal politics can be seen within client environment. Most of the tasks in the project will only be support-based activities. They have their own tech stack for their projects where work experience would become useless for outer opportunities.

I didnโt like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didnโt think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.
Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided.
