Don't Join Honda Project. If you are looking to deep diving into technology then KPIT is NOT the company for you. They have only mediocre level work and you can't complaint to your manager about work satisfaction he will not consider it and if you poke hime 3-4 time you will see effect in appraisals etc. Pathetic culture in Honda Project. No time for logout. Weekend working. Manager can call anytime even in night. 14-16hrs of working. Even after joining the company via employee referral they didn’t assign project for first 70 days and on 72nd day told me its my last day with KPIT as i didn’t complete some internal training. And in the market they have reputation of being product company but its service bases organization specialised in automotive.

I git nice colleagues because of the toxic management

No work life balance. I have been spending 16-18 hours a day on my project. And my senior manager who does micromanaging asked me to stretch more time. Here the senior management has no vision, no skills in milestones settings and planning. They make the developer’s lives miserable just to cover their mistakes. I still wonder how KPIT is making this much profit using these idiots

No job security, No work life Balance Less hike People not getting the time to understand the work environment and project. Because PIP have been raised for newly joined members (less than 3 month) and Freshers . Not recommended for Management people, work load is more. Less annual leave

They promote mental health awareness while mentally harassing employees (at least in my case; I can't speak for others). They do not stand by their words and expect employees to inform them of emergencies in advance—is that even possible? They lack integrity and professionalism.

1. KPIT academy has great learning opportunity . 2. they really have good courses if you want to build your skills and do certifications perfect place. 3. also there are default courses will be assigned based on your grade which will help to continuously grow.

1. even after best performance and best rating don't expect any good hikes. 2. you have to work so so hard to prove yourself still chances are you will not get recognized(depend on project to project and manager to manager). 3. work -life balance not to expect much but not too bad depends on personal how you handle the work. 4. promotions and hikes are very bad, better not to expect any.

hige pay scale difference, if you fall in lower bracket they won't increase it to retain you no matter how good you are. Work is mostly at peak level, and depends upon delivery manager who micromanage the hell out of things.
