The only benefit provided by the company is WFH.

The management of the company is very poor, no coordination among the top and lower management. No Promotion and Appraisal. I worked almost 3 years and there was not a single penny increment in my salary. I was working as Healthcare Recruiter and the company Capleo Global (Global Pharma Tek is for IT & Capleo is the part of GPT, forhealthcare) got shutdown with immediate effect with no prior information.
