I always feel good that I was a part of GIPS. Good clients, internal delegates, and friendly colleagues. Each day I have seen a growth of me personally and professionally. Mentors help in meeting the quality deliverables.

Patent work is a good field for career growth. But the training, work life balance in GIPS is poor

Dislikes

For a fresher entering into new field like patenting proper training should be given but instead of that the company thinks that the person can himself learn from browsing Google.....And no proper guidance from the manager
