There is no work pressure, lot of things learning in projects (mechanical work and electrical work),work environment is healthy.

Dislikes

Job security and career growth is less in this type of jobs,I do receive appreciation from client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my year appraisal.

Work Details

About my work,as helper,as worker and as electrical engineer depending upon the work change the position. Lot of things learning from different projects like HVAC,coal handling and ash handling systems.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
