Old Policies which now a days don’t work in India. Frequent wind up of divisions .Future is not bright in India as at any time they can withdraw their operations. Some RBM’s and Higher managements they play with the ground level people that they will be transferred if they are unable to meet the no’s.

Terrible decision of joining the company. Initially I thought to have a good future ahead but had worst experience. Gave all I could do for the company. During onboarding the company said they do lots for the employee and family but it was all bogus. Without having a thought that an employee has just lost his father but still gave transfer and forced me to resign.

Dislikes

Management They don't think about people at field everyday... it's what the top most people sitting at AC room made decision so must be followed... whereas individuals has there own restrictions can't just move anywhere. It's the most gender biased company.
