the only one thing I wanna share is that I dislike is that diploma engineer students working in manufacturing areas of the company rather than B PHARM D PHARM students if you give us an opportunity to work we can also work as they are working in the organization

Extremely laid back culture that thrives on procrastination and lack of RACI. Firefighting is BAU and hence not a good place for proactive or dedicated professionals . If you’re a CA then Governance role in FRMC is not apt - your job role is limited only to admin tasks - like cleaning years of legacy data ( due to high employee turnover and lack of oversight that led to data issues), maintaining Internet pages, and being constantly blamed for data discrepancies that existed years before you joined.
