I like everything about GSK , the people , the policies, the environment everything.

I hate the unethical business they are doing especially Augmentin team Managers are asking for 35k to 1L rupees to achieve the monthly targets. And be aware from Gurpal singh makkar (RBM of delhi team) . He is very toxic , liar and mean. But when it comes to joint working he comes late and argue badly with abuse . He has no interest in ethical practice.

Not safe company for womens and mother's. Company is dominated by all 55 yr old and women's voice is always ignored

Unsafe cultures for women and mother's. If u say I need time for child ur manager will say u r having attitude issue. HR team has no control on poor managers. HR will just ask u to blindly obey foolish ideas. Entire company is run very autocratic way. Women's pls ignore any role from this company.

Old Policies which now a days don’t work in India. Frequent wind up of divisions .Future is not bright in India as at any time they can withdraw their operations. Some RBM’s and Higher managements they play with the ground level people that they will be transferred if they are unable to meet the no’s.
