It's a product based organisation based on retail domain. So that work complexity is less and it gives time to explore new things for yourself.

Dislikes

Salary structure and appraisal process is very poor and dissatisfactory. Upper level management decisions are not stable and some work policy are not correct. Desk employees are forced to travel outside at client place.

The only thing to like about ginesys is the work life balance because there's not that much pressure regularly! Occassionally there's a load of work but that should be expected as this is expected in this line of work

Dislikes

The worst thing is the salary structure! Absolutely penny money! Some people are paid well but that percentage is very less others are just scraping the dust of the ground. And the joke is the so called leaders who are actually leading only few of them deserve the title and Salary stru cture of leader and the other people if thrown in the market they will be treated same as any junior ....Read More
