Everything in the company is worse. They terminated my employment contract without prior notice and proper reasons, even when a 30 day prior notice to terminating an employee is mentioned on their contract. They don't provide performance appraisals or anything and conduct a favouritism policy. Plus, most of their employee reviews are taken at the time of employment and checked thoroughly before posting. They don't value an employee. They will throw you out any time without any prior notice and no notice period will be given to you. But you are leaving the company then you have to serve 2 months notice period.
