But you are leaving the company then you have to serve 2 months notice period. The old employees and people have no respect for freshers and juniors and they’ll just treat you like their servant. Everything about the organization is just too good. It promotes people like no other organization. Company gives flexibility to move to any role/ department that you have interest. The culture is too good and the hr team is super strong

There's nothing to be praised for gigde . Their bootstrap in hire and fire. They will sign a 6 months or 1 year bond with you . Once you expect increment after 6 months they will fire you. No appreciation for work

All the employees were new there when I joined except 1 or 2. No employee stays there for more than 2 months. The whole staff keeps on getting changed often. There is no work stability. The company's ceo is completely biased towards their old employees. The certificate will be provided only if you complete your 6 months which is impossible because of the work environment.
