They terminated my employment contract without prior notice and proper reasons, even when a 30 day prior notice to terminating an employee is mentioned on their contract. They don't provide performance appraisals or anything and conduct a favouritism policy. Plus, most of their employee reviews are taken at the time of employment and checked thoroughly before posting.
