Salary and perks are okay.

Dislikes

They don't value an employee. They will throw you out any time without any prior notice and no notice period will be given to you. But you are leaving the company then you have to serve 2 months notice period. But if the company is terminating you without even a valid reason and discussing the matter, then no notice period will be given. You are unemployed next minute. Please do not join this company. Flexibility, two way communication. Most importantly they hear you if got any problem either personal or professional they react and this what you want your organisation to react so apart from this there many other facilities I was getting there but all in one it one of best company for career growth.

It is not major it was more like personal because I was located in far from office so often it is exhausting.

There's nothing to be praised for gigde . Their bootstrap in hire and fire. They will sign a 6 months or 1 year bond with you . Once you expect increment after 6 months they will fire you. No appreciation for work

There's nothing to like about this company. It's bootstrap is hire and fire. Salary is too low and work expectations is too high.
