Salary and perks are okay.

Dislikes

They don't value an employee. They will throw you out any time without any prior notice and no notice period will be given to you. But you are leaving the company then you have to serve 2 months notice period. But if the company is terminating you without even a valid reason and discussing the matter, then no notice period will be given. You are unemployed next minute. Please do not join this company. Worst company ever. (Tell you with my personal experience)

There's nothing to be praised for gigde . Their bootstrap in hire and fire. They will sign a 6 months or 1 year bond with you . Once you expect increment after 6 months they will fire you. No appreciation for work

There's nothing to like about this company. It's bootstrap is hire and fire. Salary is too low and work expectations is too high.

... respect for freshers and juniors and they’ll just treat you like their servant. No chance of appraisal or salary hike as they just hire designer for the projects they got for a limited time of period. After the project completion they’ll throw you for now reason.

Everything in the company is worse. They terminated my employment contract without prior notice and proper reasons, even when a 30 day prior notice to terminating an employee is mentioned on their contract. They don't provide performance appraisals or anything and conduct a favouritism policy. Plus, most of their employee reviews are taken at the time of employment and checked thoroughly before posting. Don't trust those useless reviews as they made me write one as well. It is just a worse company to work for.
