No work life balance HR dept. of Byjus is the worst is the worst. They donot provide you payslips after you leave the organisation. They donot respond even after multiple requests and mails. The organisational behaviour is very unprofessional.

One of the worst organisations to start your career with . The trauma the company and its people give to the team is unimaginable. They try to blame you for everything and anything. Don’t have the courtesy to speak up for their own .

It was good platform to freshers. Almost I have worked for 7years at Byjus unfortunately it’s bad time company get loss and many employees are suffered lot still some employees are suffering even they have not getting jobs outside this is actually sad.

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.
