Only like about company was the location of engineering services near Ruby hall. Apart from that there is nothing more to like

The organizational structure for the tool design service is currently problematic, as it is heavily dependent on a single individual. This person is the primary contact for management and essentially runs the organization as if it were his own. He enjoys a hybrid work model and good work-life balance, while other employees are treated unfairly. The head of the tool design service, having little work to do, frequently monitors employees' Skype statuses. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
