JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISKS. No standard Policies. Company policies changes after every new joiny. Preferences given to those who are working there from last 7-8 years. Owner has very partial behavior. Fake promises are given when you join. POOR Management. CHEAP work Culture. Fake people. ZERO employee benefits.
