No value for anything.... neither horizontal nor vertical especially the HR so much of Dilly and dally in day today affairs. No proper information instructions training or support but they need everything.... killing the heart and mind with repeated meeting in the morning 00:00 hours for nothing.no timely disposal and decision making process.transfers are unavoidable but with politics. This organization was separated from a giant and well established division of L&T but got terrible in maintaining the same reputation. The top management is well experienced in their fields however, egoistic in the same manner. They will only appreciate people from Tamil Nadu, their native state. everyone boast about Tamil as the official language of their organisation.
