I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Good working environment. Low teammates support. Company policy are ok and they give salary hike and bonus.

There is lack of management and lot of politics and doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there is no career growth.
