Third Class Company to work for. please don't even think of joining. Salary and benefits are very low, only old time employee given more salary. new comer salary is not more than 10 thousand or 12 thousand. all positive rating you see is management favorte employees, please do not trust rating. All company management is with 2 people and they make everyone work on their command. HR is working with management and is old friend of MD so you can imagine level of trust and privacy. they give us few benefits and yearly trip but no growth or promotion not even breakfast for first shift employees. production people are ignored only focus on sale team and pune office team. production manager are of no use as they listen to management and have no tech skills. please avoid joining this company at any location....Read More
