Nothing to like third class company to work for, do not work for these poor organization. 6 days work for production, no overtime, no leaves, you work here as a street worker and not technician.

Dislikes

Below market salary, third class benefets, they do not even serve food, tea to employes.Annual incres is 4% to 7%, salaries are very low, even 12,000 for some lab members. Management members enjoy benefits and will teach you motivation and what not. Most employes are terminated from the organization, very poor cultare. No promotionfor employees for last 4 years.
