Proper management is required, The HR needs to implement better rules that the middle management is aware of the labour laws, how to deal with the staff. coz the middle management as been stuck there for years. no chance of improvement in any area. Good place to start to gain work experience but the relation with the colleagues is the worst.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
