Very Bad experience. Never wanna go to this company. If you have any Diploma or Degree. Salary is less, work pressure is lot. No one the company so educated to teach you. Only give pressures. Increament is less. No balance between work and life (they even call you to do work on Sunday also despite of Holiday on Sunday). So, Not to go in this company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
