The training is great for getting into the industry. At the time I was hired (pre-pandemic), the training was an intensive 3 months training into being an insurance adjuster. There is a lot of freedom in the position as a field adjuster, especially if you wind up in a rural position and know how to manage your time.

Dislikes

They expect you to work over 8 hours a day but only pay you "7.75 hours" per day, answer your phone while already on the line or talking with customers. If you wind up in Florida, expect management to pawn off their duties to you and your supervisor to never have your back on some clearly fraudulent claims or shop handling.

Work Details

You are expected to juggle between 20-30 claims in your pending and to "complete" 5 claims per day in the field. Writing estimates, driving, answering calls, managing rentals, settling total losses, following up with emails, setting up tows..

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
