Great seniors to work with. The culture is pretty chill. If you're assigned a good project, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills. - Very lengthy bench period at times. - Some people are quite rude. Especially in Mid management. It's a next level ego. You'll be talked to as a school kid by some of these middle managers -Promotions are mostly based on the years you complete. You get promotion if you're a bootlicker -Most here have become Tech leads because they've been here long enough. Some are not even good enough to be senior software engineers Update: - Hikes are delayed in the name of market conditions but Management is having foreign trips - Company culture has taken a very massive shift.
