Great seniors to work with. The culture is pretty chill. If you're assigned a good project, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills. Update 1 The only good aspect remaining is the decent seniors.Unfortunately, everything else mentioned above has gone downhill. - Very lengthy bench period at times. - Some people are quite rude. Especially in Mid management. It's a next level ego. You'll be talked to as a school kid by some of these middle managers -Promotions are mostly based on the years you complete. You get promotion if you're a bootlicker -Most here have become Tech leads because they've been here long enough. Some are not even good enough to be senior software engineers Update: - Hikes are delayed in the name of market conditions but Management is having foreign trips - Company culture has taken a very massive shift. It's like a typical IT services firm. This does not have the fast paced startup culture anymore - Seniors are not retained. Good people and environment. It feels lively.

Dislikes

The salary is under average of the market price. Designers do not get their table as much as we deserve. High time management should understand the value of good design and its importance. The director of design is clueless of design. He just blabbers without understanding what design is. Messes up with designers work. Should not hire managers like him who knows nothing but to fool around.
