Nothing, but scope of learning can be considered.

Dislikes

Manager keeps you pushing to get the work done quickly. They even know it takes time ( quality is compromised many a times ) You should be working on weekends also. No work life balance. You are expected to work till late night everyday. Sometimes till 2 AM as well.

Nothing , Initially the work culture is good but when the appraisal cycle comes manager behaves very rudely with most of the people
