In lockdown they have set policy if a user is not able to achieve the 85% of targets they will getting paid for half day payment, if you is not able to achieve 50% of targets they will be absent for the day. But lockdown is no more so this policy should be removed and for they have many options like TL need to help achieve the target or pip just because not everyone be able to achieve the target if I am giving my 💯% in 8 hrs but still not able to achieve my Target and not get paid for the day is not good all the medical billing has removed this policy except gebbs....Read More

Overall company is good, you have a job security here. Company culture is good but there are process where company should deep dive to understand the attrition reasons and employees satisfactions. Management somewhere know that there are few leaders who are running the company as if they own it and have made a worst culture which is resulting in high attrition....Read More

A VP named Sanil Mehra biggest idiot and dumb person inhave ever met that person don't deserve to be an associate but is sitting on a position of VP beacuse of his idiotic decisions client are dissatisfied and lot of managers have resigned due to toxic culture

We need to develop our skilleds here ,the greatest things which work here they have a job security. Environment nature is goods .Tls all are friendly about a work.

If Dpts was missed out so there is no other option to put the dpts we needs to apply our paid leaves which was disadvantage of us atleast we need 1 week for freezing time.
