If you are a self learner you will have good ground to play on RCM cycle. Gebbs Learning and Development Department have great structure of skill development but again your boss and your luck both should support you. If your Boss will kind enough, you I'll get exceptional growth not salary wise but boss will make sure even your one year experience can make you Team Lead.

Salary compensation worst in Industry specaily for local and freshers. No respect for experienced employee. People with buttering skills get better opportunities. Zero Job security. Talent never get paid.

salary don't expect salary this is just pocket money ,appraisal after three year only not before that , politics is the worst part. for every thing you have to pay. i used to work every Saturday without pay after achieving daily target and its mandatory. you can not ask anything to HR they if you doing so they give you warning letter or terminate you.
