Job Summary

The Manager, Compensation and Benefits, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the company's compensation structures and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and align with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements. The Manager will also provide strategic guidance and operational support in all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary planning, incentive programs, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Management:

1. Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary bands, merit increases, and bonus programs.

2. Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

3. Provide advice and guidance to management on compensation-related decisions.



Benefits Administration:

1. Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.

2. Evaluate and recommend new benefits offerings based on employee needs and market trends.

Compliance:

1. Ensure compliance with all Labour Laws, state, and local regulations regarding benefits programs.

2. Ensuring Compensation policies in alignment with the legal requirements.

Policy Development:

1. Develop, implement, and communicate compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

2. Ensure all policies are up-to-date and compliant with current laws and regulations.

3. Provide training and support to HR staff and management on compensation and benefits policies.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

1. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

2. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits metrics.

3. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs and recommend improvements.

Employee Communication and Support:

1. Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees effectively.

2. Address employee inquiries and issues regarding compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

3. Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate employees on benefits offerings.

Strategic Planning:

1. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategies for compensation and benefits.

2. Align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

3. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Qualifications:

Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

1. Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.

2. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
