Job Title : Technical Lead

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Type : Work from Office

Working Hours : 11 AM to 8 PM / 12 PM to 9 PM

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based automation solutions.

- Oversee and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

- Design and optimize Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems to enhance data extraction and processing.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development, automation, and OCR.

- Explore and implement low-code/no-code solutions to enhance development efficiency and accelerate project timelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation and OCR processes.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design for scalability and performance.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in Python development with a focus on automation and OCR technologies.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and projects.

- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium.

- Expertise in OCR libraries and tools.

- Experience with machine learning techniques related to OCR.

- Knowledge of database management systems and data processing workflows.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
