Only office is well maintain

In Gear COC, their policies seem unclear and unfair. If you're an agent and come late to work, you receive a warning letter, but the same doesn't apply to QAs or team leads. Additionally, there’s a lot of office politics between the overheads and agents. One of the senior team leads, Subajit Mandal, lacks professionalism, process knowledge, and proper English communication skills. His main focus seems to be targeting specific agents to get them fired. On the other hand, there’s a QA who consistently arrives late, but no action is taken against him.
