The manager in GE, exclusively in HVDC business (design and studies) lack vision. The do not take any responsibility of individual. Even for getting any work from our onshore partner, its individual responsibility, to check with the lead there and get work. Further manager do not work for individual skill development, rather they are busy arranging there business trip to UK or FRANCE. Mostly manager are less knowledgeable....Read More
