Package is good and the lunch is subsidized.

Work life balance is less than zero, job security is extremely negative, career growth is not that much if you dont oil your manager, company culture is terrible, everybody will point fingure at you in the board meetings and managerment makes sure that those who do not oil managers are systematically demotivated and periodically devastated so that their output gets decreased and they can be sacked with no explanation whatsoever....Read More
