This company is like a stupid indian govt agency. So have all the cons of govt company like 1. Bad mouth and mindless managers. 2. No clear policies wrt to promotion and annual appraisals.. 3 behind the curtain discussion and dirty politics. 4. No clearly defined work...licking USA soles to stay afloat. 5.
