In Ge there is no senior and junior all employees are eqal from plant head to diploma trainees.And direct interact to the senior (upto plant head) without any fare which is good.

It is a great experience with GE because we are making locomotives for our Indian Railway which make us proud. And lots of things to learn and feels good to be part of GE Transportation. And feel proud to say that we are GE Transportation.
