This company is like a stupid indian govt agency. So have all the cons of govt company like 1. Bad mouth and mindless managers. 2. No clear policies wrt to promotion and annual appraisals.. 3 behind the curtain discussion and dirty politics. 4. No clearly defined work...licking USA soles to stay afloat. 5. No process defined to carry out work. 6. Legacy technologies. More than 30 years old tech. Not worth a penny. 7. Stupid customer buy GE PRODUCTS indian rail among those. 8. Never join ge transportation as a experienced employee you won't get hike for 3 years in a row. If you want to sit idle and do nothing then ge is the place for you. No wonder Ge got sold off .......Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Career growth, stick to age old technology, appraisal, politics at the time of appraisal, Manager thinks he giving favours by giving work . Attitude of manager is utter shit. Taking work from home has adverse effects
