Afraid that a very good organization is going to be let down cause of poor selection of people who lead. The only interest they have currently is self- oriented. After the recent merger of CEB - managers from heritage Gartner have taken cover and mostly hide behind a mask, no one is aware of the company’s vision or gaol for the next year and is kept as a secret. Moreover Managers have used their powers incorrectly targeting the people who have opinions and would want to learn more about the system.
