Working at helpdesk, is pathetic one cannot get themselves to learn new skills or enhance themselves. People want you be here at helpdesk just taking call and chats they don't want you to explore, learn, meet with anyone. Gartner is quite a good company to work but not at helpdesk where they will treat you like a servant and it feels like you are at school, sit here don't go there, don't do this, don't do that....Read More

Great work culture. Colleagues and seniors are friendly and helpful. Horizontal hierarchy and everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. Last and definitely not the least, is the work life balance, no over-work after work hours, no hassle in taking leaves, be it casual, sick or paid. Pay is below standard. Lots of politics in service operations. You can join if you want to pursue a side hustle but not recommended for growth and good compensation.

They are focused on not only hiring people with skills but also with a good attitude and great behavior. An excellent management to rely on.

Dislikes

Not everyone in the senior management is as great as most of them. They are dedicated to the only product they have hence it could be a challenge for the IT team in the future.
