Worst place to work as contract basis. If you are a permanent employee of this company then is ok. You won't get any experience while working here. The company is filled up with unprofessionals one few have capability and proper knowledge about the work. All the major activities are done by contractors. Light atmosphere, any needful time colleagues are there stood besides you. There r soo may things to learn. As GRSE has 5 units so This opinion would varry for every units..

Most of the time heigher authority used to take unfair decision about DEO. Also Partially can clearly noticable.

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the time of joining as there was no training session. Due to less work pressure M able to manage my study as well.

Only good thing is the prestigious organisation name. Some times you will get free food on the time of few events. Medical benefit will get.

Dislikes

As a contractor employee you will receive bad behavior and too much work pressure in the CC section. In time is 8.30 am. You have to spend 10-12 hrs at they have very frequent event. After that you will not get any OT. You can terminate any time without any notice.
