Company likes to demonstrate its middle management to supervision it's employees but at this point of time they have been failed.

They give promotion to its employees for only diploma candidates where as i have Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from IGNOU and also post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management from Kolkata branch -west Bengal India. They ignored my promotion

Only good thing is the prestigious organisation name. Some times you will get free food on the time of few events. Medical benefit will get.

Dislikes

As a contractor employee you will receive bad behavior and too much work pressure in the CC section. In time is 8.30 am. You have to spend 10-12 hrs at they have very frequent event. After that you will not get any OT. You can terminate any time without any notice.
