As an intern, it took some time to fully understand the company's workflows and systems due to a lack of structured orientation sessions. More comprehensive initial training would help new interns and employees get up to speed more quickly. Additionally, while the variety of projects was a great learning experience, it sometimes felt overwhelming to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without clear prioritization. One of the best place to learn about human resources, good opportunity for fresher who need to try to work as an HR. Overall, I enjoy developing my HR-related skill here, like recruiting people, screening CV of other people, basically do end-to-end recruitment process. In here, we also have weekly meeting and we can share all of our thoughts there to perform better together as a team.

The time zone different sometimes makes me kinda confused, but I think that's pretty normal. I know it's a consequences of working with company that have time zone different.
