What I value the most about working at GAO Tek is the flexible schedule, as it allows me to organize myself efficiently to achieve my goals, I find the ability to manage my own time very beneficial. Additionally, I appreciate the support from our supervisors, who are willing to help us solve any issues that arise.

Dislikes

What could be improve is the training. Sometimes, I feel that certain concepts are assumed to be known, which can lead to confusion. Additionally, it would be very helpful to receive guidance on how to conduct effective interviews for hiring. This would allow us to enhance our skills and work more efficiently.

I had a great experience as an intern, I learned a lot and gained valuable hand on experience. The opportunity helped me grow both personally and professionally.

My internship at GAO Tek was a good learning experience, and I gained valuable skills. However, the work was quite repetitive at times, which made it a bit monotonous. Still, it was useful opportunity for professional growth.

According to me I think that there can be some incentive or stipend system in the organisation so that we get more or suitable candidate. As most of the candidate demands for some stipend.

The remote modality was a very profitable experience, something very adapted to my times which allowed me to carry out other types of activities.

what I did´nt like was the delay at the beginnung of the accetance of the contract and the induction of interns that made the already selected candidates wait,as well asthe changes of internships that were no longer valid.
