The experience at GAO Tek is indeed valuable; however, the remote setup can occasionally result in slower communication compared to a traditional office environment. Despite this, the team is supportive and actively works to overcome these challenges.

According to me I think that there can be some incentive or stipend system in the organisation so that we get more or suitable candidate. As most of the candidate demands for some stipend.

The remote modality was a very profitable experience, something very adapted to my times which allowed me to carry out other types of activities.

what I did´nt like was the delay at the beginnung of the accetance of the contract and the induction of interns that made the already selected candidates wait,as well asthe changes of internships that were no longer valid.
