I like the feedback the managers, ASL and SL give me about my job performance. Otherwise, I like that I'll receive three certificates when I'll finish my internship.

Dislikes

The company will give me the certificates in HR Internship only if I hire fifteen candidates before I finish my internship. That goal is difficult to carry out. Also, I'm disappointed and start to being demotivated because I don't get any salary and I'm doing a lot of tasks in the internship. Finally, I don't think I'm learning something new in this internship, in addition to some courses that I have taken at another time before this internship....Read More

One of the most important things is its flexible working hours which I like the most about the company. Additionally, I got promoted as an Assistant team leader within just 2 months of my internship which is one of the best parts of GAO Tek to give appraisal to their interns.

Dislikes

There is nothing to tell which is not correct, but yes interns are working remotely from all around the world within the same team, hence it is difficult sometimes to find common timings for weekly meetings.

Dislikes

One downside of working at Gaotek is the weekly meeting scheduled according to the EST time zone, which creates a significant 23-hour time difference with my country. This makes it challenging to attend the meeting at a convenient time.

I got a great deal of learning from GaoTek. Not only did I gain theoretical knowledge, I gained practical knowledge as well with the daily tasks of headhunting, interviewing, onboarding, conducting orientations and even managing interns as I was promoted 2 months from my start date.

Dislikes

The working hours would even be on days/hours I would say I was not working. Not sure if it was because I was promoted to ASL, but sometimes I would not be home and I would get calls to do this and that and that would not even be a day I said I would work.
