Management is clueless. Sales guys are running the company from top management to Business Intelligence. They don't have any technical knowledge. They work on hire and fire policy. If they lose a client, they will fire people for budget controlling. They will put you in PIP from next day and will fire you within a wee k saying yourperformance is poor. Absolutely nothing. Don't join if you don't wanna to ruin your career and look for another job in again 6 months.

They ask you to join saying its a remote job and then will expect you to be in the office 3/4 days a week. Each one from the management tells a different story and they will keep it all very sleek by not keeping any of it on mail. They will never come on a central call and discuss things. Terrible management and absolutely no sense of work-life balance!
